Definition of Success : Before she started coaching it was working hard, earning a good salary and having a nice house and a nice car. Now it’s about being happy and content and leaving a legacy in the world that is really positive by being able to touch and help other people in a positive way.
“Recipe” for Success: Keep Focused!
Lesson(s) Learned: It is important to go into business from the beginning with the mindset of making more money than just your salary. You have to worry about developing and growing your business and yourself. Learn to run a business and charge a good rate. Don’t think you have to take a giant leap from full time employee into a full time business, you can do it gradually, make sure that you do your research and that people will pay for your services also make sure you are willing to charge appropriately.
Delegation Station (Family): Her Husbands does all of the ironing, gardening and takes out the garbage.
Daily Practice: Alternates between meditation and Zumba on the Wii and regularly journals.
Stress Reliever: Meditation, Flotation Tank (3 times a year)
